clouds moving
caressing the meadows
raindrops fall

yellow daffodils
under the blue sky
as man wages war

a light rain
on the magnolia leaves
cat door swings

dew drops
running down the narcissus
and a wooden cross

still too early
the blue sky is waiting
for sunflowers to open

into the morning
from over yonder
the robin flies again
