The Tibetan Villagers thank for the Harvest

This year I’ve been travelling around Tibet and just in time to see some harvesting and in one village how the villagers thank for the harvest. On the fields you can see a special way to pile the trusses.
The villagers have dressed in their finest traditional way and old and young are participating. The drink yak butter tea and chang (chhaang), a beer made from the highland barley, which has a low content of alcohol. They march to the drum. Some of the women a carrying holy scripture, so that the prayers are set free into the surroundings. They walk around all fields and the village.
You notice that they also carry the flag of the People’s Republic of China!
