Carpe Diem Haiku Jack Kerouac's "playing basketball"

As spring advances
Cherry blossoms start falling
Old man’s empty stare

 Playing basketball
Then the kids stop and discuss
Like grown-ups

Road is moving on
Wind scatters blossoms freely
A lemonade stand

Kids playing basketball
Each of them
Yells

Old lady watching again
Just a dream
Once

  2. The last one does the trick for me. "Just a dream"
