Carpe Diem Haiku Writing Techniques No. 21 The Technique of Mixing It Up

Late autumn
Shivering in rain and wind
Trees without leaves

Silly, silver moon
Riding on horseback though dark
We have to part soon

Addendum / this haiku came to my mind, while pondering about the technique:

Musing before spring
“Nine bean rows will I have”
The moon for company

  1. Such beautiful images you have penned...I feel the first one and the second was a good description of the moon...I took a few photos of that bright moon over a community garden.
