Psoriatic Arthritis and Drugs

We’ve just discussed on twitter, if there are differences in approved and off-label disease modifying drugs (DMARDs) to treat psoriatic arthritis. The discussion started on biologics, but I also looked at the traditional DMARDs that are approved in Germany. Maybe you can look over this list and tell me about the situation in your country and I try to work it in.

I cannot remember a single patient on sodium aurothiomalate, even in the 1990ies. Has anyone own experience with sodium Aurothiomalate in a patient with psoriatic arthritis? Not that I want to change this blog into a history blog, I’m just curious.
