As leaves start to fall

And Orion regains the night

Crickets still singing

Used to be lazing

At the Youth Activity Centre

Now I chill

Rain talks

With falling leaves

Bonjour tristesse

Autumn rain, wind

Only a McDonald’s

Keep walking

Rheuminating pain

As fog and rain return

But the foliage

After midnight

Orion rising

Cold tea

The opera

We all like the opera

Not the other guests
