Scam - a never ending story

I've just received the following scam:

Betreff: Label/Receipt Number: RT0948819142HK (let's bet if there is a receipt number like this)

Dear customer, (I'm not his customer)

We attempted to deliver your item (I don't have an item to be delivered) containing a UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA (I've just tried to contact CFC@ubagroup.com, which seemed to be impossible) ATM card worth $800,000.00 at 08:58 am on 18th January, 2014. Which was deposited by the global security finance company? The delivery attempt failed because nobody was present at the shipping address provided, so this notification has been automatically sent to you. You may arrange redelivery by sending us an email via this email address
(unitedbpaceless1@outlook.com) or you can request for a telephone number to the ups agent in charge of your parcel currently in the United States to pick up the item at the United States Post Office indicated on the receipt (or travel to Mongolia). If the package is not scheduled for redelivery or picked up within 48 hours in receipt of this message, it will be returned to the sender (that would be a great idea).
