Sleep Hygiene
• regular exercise
• relax before bedtime
• no caffeine, alcohol, or smoking after 4 p.m. (quit smoking!)
• no excess eating before bed
• avoid hunger because of diet
• avoid chillies before bedtime
• avoid TV in bed
• regular bedtime and getting up time
• avoid daytime sleeping / nodding
