Malingerer with erosive Rheumatoid Arthritis

Today one of my newer patients showed up. We have been treating her since January 2011. Currently she receives Orencia every 4 weeks. She told me only today that she had been thought of as a malingerer for the first seven years of her disease.
She had been operated on both hands and has an endoprothetic replacement of the left shoulder. On the right hand she is wearing an Essener splint as it is called here.

Now have a look at the x-ray:

Needless to say, over the years the rheumatoid factor increased to 241,7 mU/l.
