Carpe Diem Haiku - Yellow

Yellow leaves
Paving the alley
No one walks

Steaming tea
From yellow ki seto ware
Lonely hawk circling

Daffodils’ vigour
Gone with the year
Stray cat salutes

Yellow jacinth
The golden ring you wear
Just star dust

  1. Hello, I have been trying to comment on your web a few times. Very nice haiku, and glad to see you here.

  2. Thanks! I had to restrict commentaries because of some bad spamming on medical blogposts. People still try.
I've written a commentary on Dulcina's garden, still have to give the translation of: 黄河水 —— 黄黄流不停 —— 记离骚

  5. Your four haiku smell of pure nature, a pleasure reading them.
No people, just a hawk circling and a stray cat.
The last one is my favourite.
I was honoured by your visit, thanks!

  7. The comment above is to Dulcina.

And this one is to Magical Mystical Teacher:
Ja, Sie haben recht, ich genieße gelbe Dinge, andererseits ist meine Lieblingsfarbe Blau. Zurück zum Gelb - Kartoffeln müssen bei mir gelb und festkochend sein. Ich liebe die Wiesen im Früphling, wenn sie übersät sind mit Löwenzahn. Aber auch ein Rapsfeld sind schön aus.
