Haiku for Carpe Diem Prompt Red

Even on asphalt
You walk on
Red dust

Sun baking
The red brick house
No one left

Cold wind from the lake
Brushing through the foliage
Turn red over night

Wind from Lake Michigan
Hitting trees in November
Foliage keeps bright red

Mao´s little red book
Printed a billion times
Some left at flea markets

  1. I love the way you've used the prompt 'red' for this nice series of haiku. I will link your post in the right way myself. The linky for 'red' was already closed.

  2. Thanks, I'll see, how I can manage with "orange", which I've already posted.

    1. I have linked your post to Carpe Diem. I have used my own e-mailadress to fill out the linky, because I hadn't yours. I also have linked your 'orange' post in the same way.

  3. Next time I know how to do. I've looked at the wrong place for the linky. Thanks for your help.
