Carpe Diem Haiku Tan Renga Challenge, Buson's "In the stillness"

in the stillness
between the arrival of guests
the peonies
(Yosa Buson, 1716-1783)

pink peonie in the wind
moves like a ballet dancer

in the stillness
between the arrival of guests
the peonies
(Yosa Buson, 1716-1783)

not longing for kaiseki
not drinking tea but water

in the stillness
between the arrival of guests
the peonies
(Yosa Buson, 1716-1783)

while frangrant air is wafting
they hum the wind’s lullaby

    1. "...its my first time to commenting anyplace..." Nope, you are a regular spammer. I still wonder why?
