Rice and curry
Chapatis, dhal and raitas
Forget the burgers
Morning in glory
Walking the marble on bare feet
So cool, yet so warm
Guard's eyes
Lie on the houses below
As the falcon sails
Offerings all over
People chanting Hare Krsna
Vibrating nature
Lotus posture
Opening the third eye
Which looks into yourself
Das sind ja interessante und wunderbare Eindrücke.

ReplyDeleteA nice set of India snapshots
ReplyDeleteWonderfully composed series of haiku with great visuals of India. Thanks Lothar for sharing this with carpe diem.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Not only for the commentaries, but also for the opportunity to look at the old (analog) pictures again. I had been lucky to be at the Taj Mahal very early, when the marble was cold, the light was right, and the tourist were few.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is to Kristjaan - it has been a very good idea to combine India and haiku.
I lost 1 stone (ᴡhich was ɑll I needed to lose).
