Green coriander and parsley are good against a bad mood.
Yoga, relaxation exercises such as the progressive muscle relaxation or autogenic training, meditation compensate stress.
Stress compensation means normalization of blood circulation, sleep, eating, and mood.
Biphosphonates (against osteoporosis) must be taken on an empty stomach and afterwards you shouldn’t lie down but stand or sit.
Cabbages, broccoli, parsley, and more (rich in vitamin K) inhibit the blood thinning effects of warfarin (vitamin K antagonist).
Hormone preparations such as L-thyroxin or prednisolone ("cortisone") are best taken on an empty stomach in the morning.
Grapefruit enhances the effect of e.g. Cyclosporine A (immunosuppressant) or antihistamines (Antiallergics).
Pain medications may bind to dietary fiber, so don’t take these together.
Take a break while working, and relax.
