Blog Carpe Diem Haiku Risshun (立春)

Snowflakes
Already melting into
Snowdrops

(If someone could translate it into Japanese as 雪の花 is snowblossom for snowflake and could make a nice contrast of the two flowers.)

The stars are leaving
First dawn of spring is rising
Birds greet coming spring

Not fearing cold
As spring is melting winter
Brave cherry blossoms

Coming of spring
Not looking at the seasons
Statue of Buddha
