Zazen in the dojo
Enlightenment getting closer
Yesterday’s dinner
The ordinary world
Doing everything at the same time
Not like breathing
木 You and I 木
We are like trees 林
In the forest 森
The Zen mirror
Remains unmoved
By what it reflects
After Dogen had burnt
The sacred Buddha statue
He discarded the ashes

I am amazed at your haiku skill. Very good, especially the third.
ReplyDeleteThanks! And I'll watch out for lost commentaries.

Yesterday's dinner (or supper or breakfast) may be a source of wisdom--or just heartburn! :)
