Agitation, restlessness, stress can be avoided, if we make conscious choices from the diverse possibilities.

Magnesium can counteract stress. A banana contains much magnesium and can be a great break from stress.

Crazy! Stress reduces life, without it life wouldn't be possible, but then low stress prolongs life again.

Consider dinner cancelling – as it may help to support a long life.

Less egotism helps mental health.

Against common cold: internal rinsing of the nose with lukewarm physiologic solution (0.9%), 0.9 g salt per 100 ml water.

More power and less stress by abdominal breathing. Most people breathe shallowly. Breathe deeply and slowly into the abdomen.

Patience and tolerance help both the other and yourself.
